Haiku
At the youth center, we’ve been teaching the kids about Japanese culture, specifically about Shintoism, Zen Buddhism, and the Edo Period. Today we taught the kids about Haiku and had them write their own 17 syllable poems. This is the one I wrote: chilly autumn night a red fox catches her prey her warm den awaits
